Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days. All orders within the Netherlands are shipped with PostNL. The shipping costs depend on the (number of) product(s) and are automatically calculated at check-out. The costs of parcel post within the Netherlands are:

  • Letterbox package (incl. Track & Trace): €4.95
  • Package (incl. Track & Trace): € 7.75

Free shipping in the Netherlands on orders above €85.00.

BO•AM ships worldwide, the shipping costs for this may vary. If you want to send your package internationally, please send an email to and clearly indicate your address details. We will get back to you as soon as possible with the correct shipping costs and delivery times. Don't forget to check your country's local tax and import costs. BO•AM is not responsible for additional costs of delivery.


If you, for whatever reason, are not happy with your purchase, you can return the item within 14 days after delivery. Conditions for all returns are:
  • The product is unused and unwashed
  • The product includes the original hangtag
  • The product is neatly packaged and handled with care
How to return
  1. Please register your return by sending an e-mail to Indicate your order number, which items you want to return and the reason for return. Please note: you won’t receive a confirmation, registration by e-mail is sufficient.
  2. Make sure your returns are accompanied by the order confirmation or with a note with the order number and use the address below.

  3. Bring your package to the nearest PostNL point.
  4. When we have received the package and it meets all the conditions, you will receive an e-mail with acceptance of return. The amount of the returned product will be refunded within 14 days.
Shipping costs
The shipping costs for returns are for your own account. Please note: shipments that are returned without track & trace and get lost in the mail will not be refunded. So always keep your shipping receipt with track & trace with you, until your return has been accepted.
