Order

Which payment methods are there?
At BO•AM you can pay quickly and securely with:
iDeal
Maestro
MasterCard
Visa
Bancontact

An item is out of stock, what to do?
Oops! We do our best to have all products in stock, but sometimes it’s possible that your favorite is no longer available. Keep an eye on our website or follow us on Instagram to stay updated about re-stocks (and much more!).

Can I change my order?
Unfortunately, after you have received the order confirmation, we can no longer change it. So please always double check your order carefully at checkout!

Do you gift-wrap?
We pack all our packages with love and care, so whether it’s a gift or you keep it yourself: it’s always wrapped like a present!

My order is a present for someone else, can I send it directly to them?
You can! Fill in your own e-mail address and billing address, but make sure you change the delivery address to that of the recipient.

Shipping

When can I expect my order?
We will ship your order within 1-2 working days. You’ll receive a Track & Trace code to follow your package for the exact delivery date. For more information about shipping, see Shipping & Returns.

What are the shipping costs?
For orders under €85,- we charge standard shipping costs. You can find these at Shipping & Returns. For orders in the Netherlands above €85,- shipping is completely free!

Can I pick up my order at a pick up point??
That is not possible at the moment, we hope to offer that option in the future.

Returns

How can I return a product?
Does an article not quite meet your expectations? You can return your order within 14 days. Read the conditions at Shipping & Returns.

Can I exchange an item?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange an item for another item. What you can do is to return the item and place a new order.

My product is damaged, what to do?
Oh, no! Was there a damaged item in your order? Let’s solve this together! Send an e-mail to return@bo-am.com within 14 days after receiving the order. Please include your order number, a photo that clearly shows the defect and a short description of the damage. We will contact you as soon as possible with a suitable solution.

When will I receive my refund?
After we receive your returned item in good order, we will send an email to confirm your return. We will then refund the amount within 14 days to the same account as the order. If you haven’t received the money or if the amount is incorrect, please contact us at return@bo-am.com and include your order number. We’ll solve this for you as soon as possible!

Collaborations

Can I sell your products in my (web)shop?
At the moment we only sell our products on our own webshop, but that could all change! We would be happy to talk, to see if your (web)shop is a good fit with BO•AM. Send us an email at hello@bo-am.com and we will contact you.
